REGISTRATION FEES

• All prices, categories, and dates are indicative and subject to change.
• All IFLA APR members are entitled to register at published member rates - just be sure to include the IFLA-APR-registered national association for which you are a member of.
• To be able to register as a student, you must present a proof of full-time enrollment at a recognized university or college for both the time of registration and during the Congress.
• If registration form and full payment are received no later than the Regular Registration date, a Congress Kit is guaranteed. All Congress materials will be handed out on-site at the Congress Material Counter.
• All fees must be paid before the Congress.

Letter of Confirmation / Payment Receipt

A Letter of Confirmation or payment receipt will be sent by email once the Congress Secretariat has received the fully completed registration form and the related payment.

REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS

If registration form and full payment are received no later than the Regular registration date, a Congress Kit is guaranteed. All Congress materials will be handed out on-site at the Congress Material Counter.

The registration fee for delegates includes:

• Transportation
• Lunch meal and snacks
• Excursion kit

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

• Registration fees are refundable, less a 100 USD processing fee, up until September 30, 2019. Refunds will be processed after the Congress.
• All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to the Congress Secretariat: ifla.apr2019.secretariat@palaonline.com.
• Registration are transferable (within the same category) until September 30, 2019. With a 80 USD administrative transfer fee. Starting October 1, 2019, transfers will not be accepted.

LIABILITY

In registering and joining the Congress, the participant understands that the organizer, PALA, shall not be liable for force majeure or any unforeseeable events/incidents in the context of the Congress such as weather conditions, travel difficulties, loss of personal properties, health issues, etc.

The participant further understands that he/she is responsible for securing his/her travel insurance commensurate with the risks involved, and absolves Congress organizers, PALA, from liability. It is further understood that no refund of the registration fee shall be granted by the organizers for any reason whatsoever after September 30, 2019.

GENERAL INFORMATION

In addition to the payment receipt, the Congress General Information will be sent to all delegates by email, approximately, six weeks prior to the Congress, in addition to being available on the Congress website.

This will provide information and guidelines to help you out in preparation for your visit in Cebu City, Philippines and attendance at IFLA-APR Congress 2019. Please be certain to submit your correct email address when registering.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

A Certificate of Attendance for regular delegates and students will be sent by email after the Congress. Please make sure to submit your correct and complete name which will be reflected on the certificate.

DATA PRIVACY

PALA uses all personal data in accordance with the regulations of Republic Act No. 10173, also known as "Data Privacy Act of 2012".

By registering in this Congress, the participant understands and consents that his/her data shall be saved and processed by the PALA Congress Secretariat. In accordance with law, data collected shall be saved, stored and processed only for the purpose stated and shall be subject to reproduction, correction, and/or deletion only upon the registrant's request. The registrant likewise understands and consents that data will only be passed on to third parties who are directly involved in the Congress unless otherwise provided by law.
