Chris Tidswell is currently the President of the International Federation of Landscape Architects Asia Pacific Region. He previously held the role of IFLA APR Honorary Secretary and served as a past Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) National Board Director and Company Secretary.

He has expert knowledge in Corporate Governance and has served on various AILA committees, including the National Practice Committee, National Advocacy Committee, and National Gender Equity Working Group. He was also a member of the committee that selected the current AILA Chief Executive Officer.

Chris is also a Director at Arcadia Landscape Architecture, an Australian privately-owned company with offices in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Geelong, Sunshine Coast, and Brisbane, employing over 70 staff. His career spans over 17 years, during which he has practiced in all built environment sectors, with projects across Australia and internationally.

His multi-disciplinary professional experience is further supported by his qualifications in Landscape/Architecture (Masters), Corporate Governance (GAICD), and Project Management.

Mr. Chan is a practicing landscape architect with academic backgrounds in architecture, project management, law, and landscape architecture. He practiced landscape architecture, urban design, and project management in listed property developers and leading firms in town. He later joined the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong as the founding head of landscape architecture. In 2018 he joined Otherland Limited as a co-founder and director. Mr. Chan has taken up leadership on a wide range of landmark projects in Hong Kong and nearby regions.

Mr. Chan serves a number of professional and public consultative bodies as well as NGOs. He is current President of the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects (HKILA) and Chair of the IFLA APR’s Climate Change and Biodiversity Working Group.

With over eleven years of unwavering dedication to the practice of landscape architecture, Pamela Sarunya Pagana has made significant contributions to the development and promotion of the profession through her active involvement in programs, advocacies, and events both locally and internationally. She is the Principal Landscape Architect of Reverte Manila and the incumbent Chair of the IFLA Asia Pacific Region Standing Committee on Professional Practice and Policy, Co-Chair of the IFLA APR Awards, Representative to IFLA Professional Standards (PS), and Member of the Standing Committees Revision Working Group (SCRWG). Apart from having an active role in these organizations, she is also the First Member of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Council in the Philippines.

Pamela's vision for the future of landscape architecture is one of transformative power, embodying passion and proactive leadership in her field. Her vision extends beyond being just a member but advocating for the role of landscape architecture in fostering urban development while safeguarding the environment.
