| In the final installment of the four-part Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) in Landscape Architecture Series, Professor Chi Ru Chang and the Climate Change Working group discuss how Landscape Architects may create innovative solutions for carbon capture, utilization, and storage.

| Call for Applications for the Innovative Learning Spaces Summer School (Sixth Edition) |

We are pleased to announce that the ILS Innovative Learning Spaces Summer School is calling for applications for the Sixth Edition!
Titled "Inside-out Schools", the Sixth Edition will take place on September 3-10 2023 at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Cagliari, and will focus on the school of the future, rethinking learning spaces as devices for relations on multiple scales and contexts. This program is developed in collaboration with the Region of Sardinia and several schools in Cagliari, Italy.
The summer school is open to students and professionals in the field of design, education, school training who are interested in innovative learning spaces. Grab this opportunity to work with experts and professionals from around the world and develop new ideas according to the principles of interdisciplinarity and transversality. | The IFLA-APR Professional Practice and Policy Standing Committee is currently calling for volunteers to join their team!
This year, the PPP Committee focuses on the concept of Connectivity and is establishing a 15-year Landscape Architecture Road Map to future-proof the landscape profession. They are also actively supporting projects such as the Talk and Share program, as well as organizing the IFLA Asia Pacific LA and Luminary Awards.

| 2023 IFLA APR Elections: Open For Nominations |
| Calling all eligible candidates! Nominations for the 2023 IFLA APR Elections are now open.
We are looking for the future leaders of IFLA APR who can propel the landscape profession to new heights. The Election Round Results Verification will be held in conjunction with the 2023 Annual General Meeting at the 2023 IFLA APR Regional Congress in Tokyo, Japan on 15th November 2023.
Potential and eligible candidates are encouraged to contact their national association delegate about the submission process. Information about the nomination process as well as resources and forms are available on the website.
