The congress also has a Student Design Competition so be sure to check that out. We are happy to announce that the nominations for the 2022 IFLA APR Elections are now open. Next, the Hong Kong 2022 International Urban Forestry Conference will be taking place next week, don't forget to register for the conference to catch it. Lastly, the Indian Society of Landscape Architects shares a summary of their ISOLA Conference 2022 that took place earlier in February. |

IFLA World Congress Gwangju 2022 Call for Abstracts |
| Last call for abstract submissions for the 58th IFLA World Congress to present on the theme Re:Public Landscape, deadline closes on February 28!
Held in Gwangju, Korea from Aug 31 - Sep 2 2022, the congress aims to reclaim public leadership in landscape architecture as we re:visit professional and academic achievements to date, re:shape the earth through emerging discourse and technologies, re:vive everyday lives to healthier and more vibrant ways, and finally re:connect to nature.
